Professional Experience:
Jane worked as a clinical social worker at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for thirty-eight years before retiring in 2010. She was the social worker for neurology, neurosurgery and orthopaedics, and provided counseling, support and information to patients and families facing major life changes and challenges. She coordinated discharge planning, so is knowledgeable about levels of care, local rehabilitation and assisted living facilities, home care options, and insurance coverage. She has expertise in all aspects of care management.

Personal:
Jane grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY and moved to the Upper Valley with her husband, John, in 1972. They live in Plainfield. They have two adult daughters, Kate, who is Executive Director of the Yestermorrow Design Build School in Warren, VT, and Sarah, who is a professional photographer at The Biltmore in Asheville, N.C.
